Features Unified inbox

All your accounts, one single inbox

Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, Yahoo and your work email all land in the same place. No app switching, no signing out, no trying to remember which account that message was in.

What it is

Aiden Mail is a mail client: it does not give you a new mailbox, it connects to the ones you already have. Connect an account and its folders, labels and history show up exactly as they were. Connect a second one and everything lives in the same list, sorted by date, without blurring identities: every email knows which account it came from and which one it replies from.

How it works

1

Connect in one tap

Gmail and Outlook use official OAuth: Google or Microsoft authenticate you on their own page and we only keep a permission you can revoke. Your password never passes through us.

2

Or with an app password

iCloud, Yahoo and any IMAP server connect with an app password, which travels encrypted and is never stored on the device.

3

And it is all together

Your inbox merges what arrives from everywhere. Switch accounts from the avatar, or see them all at once. Search once and it searches everywhere.

The details you actually feel

  • Each account with its own signature, colour and notifications.
  • Sender avatars are fetched automatically: you recognise mail at a glance.
  • Folders can be reordered by dragging; the order is remembered.
  • If you use Gmail we talk to its API: the inbox opens in a second, not in ten.
