What it is

Your inbox splits into two planes. In the first one, Primary: people writing to you. In the second, collapsed packs — Promotions, Social, Updates — each with its own counter of new messages. Nothing is deleted or hidden: it is all still there, it just stops interrupting. Open a pack and you enter its list; one button takes you back to Primary.

Nothing to configure

It works from the first launch. If you come from Gmail we respect the categories you already have, with the same criteria.

With a counter, not with silence

Each pack tells you how many new messages it holds. You know what is inside without a notification for every one of them.

One tap in, one tap back

Open the pack, look, come back. And if something deserves to be in Primary, move it and there it stays.

The details you actually feel

  • Pack counters do not count as unread on the app icon.
  • You can mark a whole pack as read at once.
  • Push notifications only fire for what is in Primary.
