What it is

Your Aiden account is the key: the mailboxes you have connected, your settings and your space all hang from it. You can sign in with a password, but also with a passkey — Face ID or Touch ID, nothing to remember and nothing to phish. Under Security you can see open sessions and close any of them. And because the mailbox list lives on the server, you add an account on the Mac and it appears on your phone without touching anything.

How it works

1

Sign in with Aiden

A single account that opens every mailbox. No repeating passwords on each device.

2

A passkey, not a password

Face ID or Touch ID. Passkeys cannot be reused or phished with a fake email, which is how most accounts are lost.

3

20 GB for what you actually keep

The space is shared between your mail and the files you keep in Aiden Cloud, and you can always see it in your settings.

The details you actually feel

  • Active sessions in plain sight, closed one by one.
  • “Your attachments”: your emails sorted by size, to free up space in a minute.
  • Aiden Cloud to keep an attachment without leaving it tied to an email.
  • Profile, billing and subscription, inside the app itself.

Quick questions

Does the space include my Gmail or iCloud storage?

No. The 20 GB belong to your Aiden account. The storage of the mailboxes you connect is still managed by their provider, and that is not ours to control.

Can I keep using a password?

Yes. The passkey is an option, not a requirement.
