Your questions, our answers
Do I need an Aiden email account to use the app?
No. Aiden Mail works with the email you already have: Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, Yahoo or any IMAP server. Email on your own domain is optional, and that is what the Business plan offers.
Does Lunnar have a limit?
Yes: each plan includes a number of uses per month, and Pro has far more room than Free. The rest of the app consumes nothing — reading, writing, searching, attaching and organising work the same. We are still tuning those caps, so we would rather not publish a figure that changes in a fortnight.
Are my emails read to train the AI?
No. Your emails are not used to train models or for advertising. Lunnar only processes the content needed to answer what you asked, when you ask it.
How do payment and invoicing work?
By card, monthly or yearly, with an invoice in your company’s name if you need one. If you are already an Aiden customer, it is added to your usual invoice.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. There is no lock-in. If you cancel, your account moves to the Free plan and you lose nothing: your messages live on your mail servers, not trapped inside the app.
How much does migrating my company’s email cost?
Migration is included in the Business plan. Tell us how many mailboxes and which provider you are coming from, and we do it without downtime.
