No. Aiden Mail works with the email you already have: Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, Yahoo or any IMAP server. Email on your own domain is optional and is what the Business plan offers.
No. Your emails are not used to train models or for advertising. Lunnar only processes the content needed to answer what you asked, when you ask it.
Yes: each plan includes a number of uses per month, and Pro has far more room than Free. The rest of the app consumes nothing — reading, writing, searching, attaching and organising work the same. We are still tuning those caps, so we would rather not publish a figure that changes in a fortnight.
Yes, there is no lock-in. If you cancel, your account moves to the Free plan and you lose nothing: your messages live on your mail servers, not trapped inside the app.
Migration is included in the Business plan. Tell us how many mailboxes and which provider you are coming from, and we do it without downtime.
